Which do you notice you have the most aversion to/fear about/blocks to allowing and would like to shift during this course? We’ll break all of this down and learn about the next important aspect of the divine feminine. The opposite of the masculine structure and linear way of being. Flow, softness, breath, grace and movement, ease. We’ll look at what blocks us personally from embodying these and how we can practice being more in this element and how this benefits us.

We’ll learn about one of the most important aspects of the divine feminine. Her divine wild expression, life cleanly expressed through you. How you can feel fully expressed in a clean, unkinked way, unbound by limiting stories. Fully unapologetic and free. We’ll learn how to get our needs met and communicate and express ourselves in the most honest, truthful, clean way possible resulting in ultimate freedom of soul.

Our world is devoid of respecting our inner wisdom and innate intuition. The most beautiful of qualities our divine selves carry. We go straight to thinking, figuring things out and rationalizing. We think it’s weird or shameful there is a higher intelligence and intuition in us. If we can learn to connect to, trust and use this part, our lives can 180 into alignment with our authentic truth. Embodying this aspect can allow us to normalize one of our greatest human gifts.

Another aspect of the feminine is feeling, emotion, darkness. We have also been shamed here, not allowed to express our emotions in a clean, healthy way. We’ll learn how safe it is. How normal it is and we’ll also learn the somatic tools here to learn to process and transmute the energy of the emotions through the body. They are moving energy. Not all of you, just an experience. We’ll learn to take our power back and see how innocent this part is and how we can free ourselves from stuck energy.

Most of us spend our days out of the body due to a trauma response. We actually feel safer when we learn to be in the body. Feeling grounded. This can be a new feeling for some of us. To come into the body. To feel, to sense, to enjoy and express pleasure and sensuality (use of our 5 human senses). Being human and “down here” on earth is a huge aspect of the feminine we’ll practice reuniting with. This can also calm the nervous system letting us know we are safe.

One of my own personal favorite aspects of the feminine is radiance. A person who brightens a room when they walk into it. The warmth of love, a person who is open hearted. We all aspire to have this quality but life can harden us and make us close and protect. We’ll look at some reasons why we have hidden, dimmed our light or closed or protected parts of ourselves to stay safe and do a healing to let go of some of this energy in order to feel safe beaming again. We’ll remember that our beaming, our radiance is the healer to ourselves and others, more than what we do. You are enough here.

We are out of balance in our world, doing, doing, doing. We have trouble feeling into a balance between doing and being. We don’t realize the feminine is magnetic. She, as we learned in lesson one can manifest and create, visualize, feel, align with. Then magnetize. She is the light house. She expresses her wants and desires unapologetically from the longings of her heart. Then keeps her vibration aligned. If there is an inspired action she follows that with full commitment. Work, play, rest. Slowed down and tuned into her truth. Deeply devoted to beaming first then magnetizing to her all she needs. Working smarter and not harder. Worthy and deserving of this provision.

The feminine is receptive. She receives all of life, emotions, moments, feelings, sensations, provision, support, abundance. It comes to her and moves through her. She is powerful. We must clear any limiting beliefs that we are not worthy, deserving, safe or enough to receive in life. It is our birthright to be connected to abundance. A flow of resources from within that are flowing to us. We can look at what is in the way here and remove these blocks so we come back home to the truth of our feminine power.
